These terms cover your use of aeydata.com. AEY Data LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, runs the site. By using the site you agree to these terms. Work we do for a customer is covered by a separate written agreement, not by this page.

What this site is

AEY Data LLC is a data company. We build and run data and AI systems for small and mid-size businesses. The site describes that work and gives you a way to contact us. It is general information. Sending the contact form is not an order and does not make a contract. Work begins only when both sides sign an agreement.

Using the contact form

Please do not send confidential information through the form or by email before we have agreed to terms for the work. Send only what we need to understand what you are looking for. By sending the form you confirm that what you wrote is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

Our content

The text, graphics, wordmark and design of this site belong to AEY Data LLC. You may read the site and you may link to it. You may not copy our text, graphics or wordmark for your own use without our written permission.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them. We are not responsible for what they say or do.

No warranty and limits on liability

The site is provided as is and as available. We try to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, AEY Data LLC is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site.
