Privacy policy
Effective November 3, 2026.
This policy covers the website aeydata.com. AEY Data LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, runs the site. We build and run data and AI systems for small and mid-size businesses. This page explains what the site collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Work we do for a customer is covered by a separate written agreement.
What we collect
What you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to give us. That can include your name, your email address, your company, what you need, how you heard about us, and anything else you write.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard logs when a page is requested. They can include your IP address, your browser type, the page you asked for, and the time. These logs are used to keep the site secure and running.
Cookies, fonts and the 3D graphic. The site does not set cookies of its own. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads. The 3D graphic on the home page is drawn by your browser. It runs on your device and sends nothing to us or to anyone else.
Analytics and ads. As of the effective date, the site uses no analytics and no advertising tags. If we add Google Analytics later, we will update this policy first and say what it collects.
How we use it
- To answer your message and talk with you about the work you asked about.
- To keep a record of who contacted us and what they needed.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.
Who else sees it
- Netlify. Netlify hosts the site and processes contact form submissions. It keeps the submissions for us and sends them on.
- Google Workspace. Form submissions and email you send us are delivered to a mailbox hosted by Google Workspace.
- Legal process. We may share information if a subpoena, court order or other legal process requires it, or if we need to protect the rights or safety of a person.
These providers handle your information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. We share it with no one else.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and contact records for as long as they are useful for our business relationship with you or needed for our records. After that we delete them. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short time under its own schedule.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@aeydata.com. We will answer within thirty days. We will do what you ask unless we must keep the information for a legal or record-keeping reason. If so, we will tell you.
Children
The site is written for businesses and is not meant for children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
